If we are unable to fulfil any order due to a shortage of stock, we will contact the customer via phone call and/or email. If within 3 days we have not received a response, we will attempt to make contact once more. Should this final contact attempt fail, we will cancel and refund the product order and send email confirmation of the cancellation.
